This problem occurs because the container is too far away from the peel edge due to the raised ribs on the top and bottom, which result in a depression where the label is applied. The raised ribs are both the same circumference, so it rolls perfectly level, but the label doesn't always smooth out nicely, especially at the end of the application.
Try the following:
1. Clean the sensor flag often with rubbing alcohol to remove any adhesive that could be causing the fold.
2. Rest your hand on the top of the container pressure arm to provide more downward pressure.
4. (Advanced Solution). If it still doesn't work, the machine could be modified slightly to connect the two pressure arms with a foam roller in between. The foam roller would smooth out the label and provide even pressure all the way across. We do not provide modification services, but we do allow them, and performing mods will not void your warranty as long as they don't damage the machine or stop it from working properly. We sell foam rollers that would work for this purpose. However, you would have to remove the existing rollers from each container pressure arm, cut off the inside roller supports, and add a long bolt between each of them that is the same distance as the depression in your container.
