BarTender Error 1401 appears after upgradeing to the latest version of Bartender.

  1. Select BarTender Software > Sign Up for a free trial
  2. Follow the Sign-up process
  3. Once completed, the registered user will receive a 30-day 3-printer Enterprise license
  4. Now deactivate your current free license and reactivate using the new 30- day trial license. Follow this process to deactivate and Activate a New License for your software.
This will temporarily fix the problem and give you Free BarTender support during the trial period. If the problem continues, you can contact BarTender during your trial period.
