Eddie picks up the cookie from the carousel and puts it back but doesn't print.
Cookies need to be a certain size to be detected by the cookie sensor when picked from the carousel. If the cookie is not detected by the cookie sensor, the platform will pick up the cookies and put them back on the carousel. Cookies smaller than 2.5" can be printed directly in manual mode if placed in the correct position on the cookie platform.
1. Install the outer triangle adapter. Install the outer triangle spacers for any cookie between 2.5" and 3.85". See this article for more details on cookie specs.
3. If your cookie is less than 2.5" use a coaster to set your cookie on before placing it on the carousel. It is best to use Silicone coasters since they are thicker than the minimum .08" required.
