Error: The printer couldn't print <Document Name>. Unable to connect to Printer. Printer in Error State. Generic Microsoft Windows Error Printing on Edible Ink Printer. (Eddie) (PC Only).

1. Connect the USB, connect power, and switch the printer on. 



2. Print Hub. "The printer couldn't print <Document Name>"  This generic Microsoft Windows error may occur after a Windows Update.  A more specific error may be displayed in the Primera PrintHub software that appears every time you print.  If Print Hub did not open automatically when you printed, you can open it manually.  Go to your taskbar and click the Search button.  Search for "Primera PrintHub"



3. Page Size.  "The printer couldn't print <Document Name>" You may receive this error if your page size exceeds the maximum size allowed by the printer.

Reduce your template size in BarTender or whatever print application you are printing from. 

4. Run the Troubleshooter. Often, this will fix issues with corrupted driver files. The Troubleshooter is on the right side of your Printers and Scanners list.



5. Reinstall the Print Driver.  Follow the steps in this article to remove the Printer Driver.
