How do I replace the Print Head Lid Nozzle Assembly? (LX3000/LX4000)

Nozzles on the Print Head lid connect to the tanks on the side and drip ink into the each color compartment in the print head.  If one of these nozzles breaks or is cracked this system no longer works.   You can purchase replacement nozzles and install them using the instructions below.

Replacement Instructions.

Note: If the tubes have a loose connection to the new nozzle plate assembly you may wish to add a drop of UV curable super glue (or any quick dry super glue) to the top of each of the connections.

If your lid latch is broken, after following the instructions above use these instructions to replace the Lid.
