Z Motor Stall (Freddie)

The Z motor stall error indicates that Freddie was unable to move the tongue up or down due to an obstruction or a low-power condition.

1. Check for any obstructions prohibiting up/down movement of the tongue.  In some cases, this error is temporary and may be explained by the tongue hitting the carousel when the carousel is out of position intermittently.

2. Update Firmware to increase motor power.  Before checking for updates in Freddie View, select the BETA option.

3. Contact Support to have motor power increased manually by a level 3 support technician.  If this does not resolve the issues, Freddie may need factory service.
