X Motor Stall or X Home Error (Freddie)
A. Obstruction
This error can occur if the side to side (left to right) movement of the tongue is blocked or obstructed. Find the obstruction and remove it.
B. Specific Settings
This error can occur under normal without an obstruction if all of the following are true:
- Flood Fill Style is set to Best for Other Shapes.
- Using the Black Trays
- Icing a shape other than a circle
- That cookie is very large (almost as big as the tray) or is offset to the right slightly on the tray.
Solution:
To fix the error change any one of the the options above. That being said, the simplest solution is the change the Flood Fill Style to "Best for Round Cookies" even if you cookie shape is not round.
Best for Other Shapes causes the path of the nozzle to loop beyond the boundary of the cookie which moves the tray too close to the interior edge of the machine. Future software updates will warn for this condition.
