When I turn on (plug in) my Bravo II the cartridges never separate from the arm and I get a flashing Ink (left) light.

When I turn on (plug in) my Bravo II the cartridges never separate from the arm and I get a flashing Ink (left) light.

Click here to update your Bravo to the latest firmware.  This problem will be fixed if you update to this version.
