What are my Equipment Exchange Options?

Factory Warranty.  Your product comes with a one-year warranty that includes factory depot service and ground shipping, which typically takes 7-10 days.  This KB article explains more.   


Exchange Option. You may be eligible for an exchange RMA if your product fails within 30 days of your purchase date. Proof of purchase will be required. If you qualify, you have two options:
  • Exchange on Tracking Number - 33 (Faster).  We will provide you with a shipping label to send back your defective equipment. As soon as the tracking number shows that you have shipped the defective equipment, we will ship a replacement via overnight or ground*.  To speed up replacement, let us know as soon as you have shipped it. This method does not require a credit card.
  • Cross Ship Exchange - 32 (Fastest). (Advance Replacement - Best option if packaging was discarded) We will immediately ship you a replacement product via overnight or ground shipping*. If the RMA is created before 2 p.m. CST.  you will receive a replacement the next day. In order to ship out the replacement product without first getting the defective one back, we need to secure it on a credit card with a temporary authorization of funds for $1,000. This is not a charge, but it will reduce the available balance. As soon as you return the defective product, we will remove the authorization on your card, and it will not appear on your statement. If the defective product is not returned within 14 days, the credit card will be charged.  If you choose this option, you will be sent an RMA email with a link to provide your credit card information on our secure web store.
  • *Note on Shipping Method of Replacement Product: If your product is covered under the Two Year Extended Warranty + Hot Swap -or- is within the first 30 days of your original factory warranty, your replacement product should ship via FedEx Overnight; otherwise, it will ship via Fed Ex Ground.
