There are vertical lines in printed label running in the direction of the feed (LX610).
This typically happens most often when printing at 100% saturation. The label is not quite dry after it has printed but the printer must back up the printed label so that it can perform the digital die cut. This causes the not quite dry ink to contact the feed roller and transfer some ink.
Try the following solutions
1. Reduce Saturation. Set ink saturation to a lower acceptable percentage in the printer driver preferences.
2. Try different label stock. Some media does not dry as fast as others. Gloss BOPP dries the slowest and is most susceptible to this problem. Matte BOPP dries the fastest.
3. Periodically clean the feed rollers with an alcohol wipe. With blank label stock loaded, hold the wipe against the roller and repeatedly press the feed button. Move to the next roller until all four rollers have been cleaned.
