Bravo 4100/4200 Series – Picking disc from the left and not the right and when the job is done it places it through the front exit.
Solution: Kiosk Mode is Enabled. Disable it to fix the problem. See instructions below.
1. Open PTPublisher.
2. On the toolbar at the top click on tools then options.
3. Then on the robot options tab uncheck the box "Kiosk Mode".
4. Then on the Bin Selection tab uncheck the box "Enable Bin Selection".
5. Click the X on the Application Options window to save settings
Close PTPublisher and reopen it. Run your job as you normally would.
