The Primera Store is not allowing my order to process. I can't checkout. Steps to Resolve Order Processing Issues on the Primera Store.

Try the following:

1. Log out of the store, Log back in and try your order again.

2. Try a different web browser and make sure it is up to date.  Chrome, Edge, Safari, Opera and Firefox are all compatible.  Internet Explorer will not work. 

3. Make sure your billing address matches your shipping address.  Built in anti-fraud protection may automatically hold orders where addresses don't match.  Please call our sales department to manually process orders shipped to and addresses that don't match. 

4.  Do not add other items to the cart if you are attempting to pay for a non-warranty repair or exchange authorization.  These items must be ordered separately.

5.  Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies:  Sometimes, old data can interfere with the checkout process. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may resolve the issue.

6. Disable Browser Extensions:  Certain browser extensions or add-ons might block some functionalities of the store. Try disabling them and attempt the checkout process again.

7. Check Payment Method:  Ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Verify that all payment details are entered correctly. Sometimes banks will send you an email or text to verify that you intended to make a purchase larger than a certain dollar amount.

8. Contact Customer Care / Sales Department: If none of the above solutions work, contact our sales department for assistance. They can help manually process your order and address any technical issues.
