- Typically, this means that a disc in one of the drives of your computer is currently spinning up to be read by the computer. Usually, If you try again, the message will not reappear. To avoid receiving this message at the beginning of every job remove any unnecessary discs from your system.
- If you are getting this message because of a master in one of the drives that you are attempting to burn, wait until the last moment to put in the master. Select your reader drive and recorder drive and start the job without the master in the drive. Primo will prompt you to insert the master. Now insert the master.
- If you have certain software programs installed such as Roxio or Adaptec Direct CD, they may be holding the drive so that Primo cannot initialize it. Uninstall this software to resolve this problem.
