1. Check the height of the cookie. Make sure it is less than 0.75". Taller objects may be knocked of the tray/tongue by the carousel as it is printing.
2. Macaron Adapter. If you are using coasters or the Macaron adapter make sure the height of the adapter/coaster + the Macaron is less than .75".
