The cookie or macaron is knocked off the tongue by the carousel as it is printing. (Eddie)

1. Check the height of the cookie.  Make sure it is less than 0.75".  Taller objects may be knocked of the tray/tongue by the carousel as it is printing.

2. Macaron Adapter.  If you are using coasters or the Macaron adapter make sure the height of the adapter/coaster + the Macaron is less than .75".
