Either one of the lasers has failed, or it's turned off in the Advanced settings area of Print Hub.  Adjust the number of lasers to match the model  (V2, V4, or V8).  It is also possible to lower the number of lasers used to bypass any non-functioning lasers (V4 or V8 models only) or increase the quality/resolution.

You may also adjust the following settings in the Advanced settings in Print Hub.

1. Laser Bi-directional Offset. Increase or decrease offsets if text, graphics, or barcodes are blurry. Test if this is necessary by checking the enable uni-directional printing box.

2. Number of Lasers Override.
Manually switch off lasers. As you reduce lasers, print time will be increased but also quality may be increased depending on the image.  If you are printing large areas of white such as large bold text, lowering the number of lasers will provide better resolution and give more power to remaining lasers.

3. Laser On Time.
Increase to improve quality if you see black in areas that should be white. These areas are not fully ablated and need more laser time. Large blocks of printing may require increasing this value.

4. Enable Uni-directional Printing
. If the text is blurry, there may be an offset problem, which can be verified by enabling this setting. Print time will be increased.
