The Bravo does not switch bins (left to right or right to left) in kiosk mode. First 50 discs are picked but a picking error occurs after last disc is picked. (BravoPro Xi or 4100 Series)
A last disc calibration must be performed.
1. In PTPublisher, Go to the Tools Menu - Calibrate the Disc Publisher. (For Mac: Go to the PTPublisher Menu - Calibrate Robot)
2. Find the "Other Calibrations" section at the bottom.
3. If the error occurred after the disc was placed in the printer, click "Calibrate Disc in Printer".
4. Follow the prompts to complete the calibration.
