The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app - Error received during installation (Eddie, LX Series)

To resolve this, since Primera applications are not verified by Microsoft or available on the App store, it could be one of two issues.

  1. You need to remove your computer from Windows "S mode."
  2. You need to change your settings to allow apps to be installed from "Anywhere."

Typically the issue is that the computer is in "S mode," so begin with that section first. If that option doesn't work or isn't available, try the "Allow Apps" sections.

1. Turn off "S mode".

Follow these instructions to turn off "S mode"

2. Allow Apps from anywhere on Windows 10

  1. Click the "Start" button, then select the "Settings" button.
