Received message "Invalid Cartridge" after inserting a new cartridge in the Bravo SE.
The Bravo SE accepts two types of genuine Primera cartridge:
- Part # 53335 - High Yield Cartridge. (Requires latest, software, firmware and driver)
- Part # 53332 - Standard Cartridge.
If you are using the 53335 cartridge and you receive this message after inserting the cartridge, you will need to update your software, firmware and driver. See this article for details.
If you are using the 53332 cartridge and you receive this message you may have a defective cartridge. Please contact tech support.
Any cartridge other than these two Primera cartridges will produce this error.
