PTPublisher jobs do not start after performing a clean print.
The clean print completes without problems but after this procedure if you attempt to start a job, the status screen appears and nothing happens.
To fix this issue, you must end the PTPublisher.exe task in task manager. Right click on the taskbar and choose Task Manager from the list. Select the applications tab - highlight PTPublisher and click the End Task button. Now reopen PTPublisher, setup your job and start it.
Applies to PTPublisher Version 1.0 - Check for updates to fix this problem using the Check for Updates button in the PTPublisher support center.
