PTCreate Pro Activation Error Codes: 

2543 - Deactivated Code - Contact Support for Replacement Code
2544 - General/Unknown
2545 - Failed to open Registry
2546 - Set Name error (possible permissions error)
2547 - Set Serial error (possible permissions error)
2548 - Set Site Code error (possible permissions error)
2549 - Set Activation error (possible permissions error)
2550 - Wrong product
2551 - Invalid Serial
2552 - Invalid Manual Activation Code

PC Program Folders:

PC Registry Entries:

Delete the "PrimeraPro" entry from registry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> wCEEdge -> PrimeraPro

Delete the "PrimeraPro" entry from registry using regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> CraftEdge -> PrimeraPro

Mac Program Folders (delete folders and manually create to fix permissions issues)

Macintosh HD - Users- Shared - PTCreate - primerapro

Logs: Place a file named "DoScalLog.txt" like the one attached below on the Desktop. Now start the program, and it will ask to create a "ScalLog.txt" file on your Desktop. (Works on Mac and PC)

Reset to Default Settings: Place a file named "DoScalReset.txt" like the one attached below on the Desktop. Then start the program and it should ask to reset settings to default.  (Works on Mac and PC)
