2543 - Deactivated Code - Contact Support for Replacement Code
2544 - General/Unknown
2545 - Failed to open Registry
2546 - Set Name error (possible permissions error)
2547 - Set Serial error (possible permissions error)
2548 - Set Site Code error (possible permissions error)
2549 - Set Activation error (possible permissions error)
2550 - Wrong product
2551 - Invalid Serial
2552 - Invalid Manual Activation Code

PC Registry Entries

Delete the "PrimeraPro" entry from registry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> wCEEdge -> PrimeraPro

Delete the "PrimeraPro" entry from registry using regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> CraftEdge -> PrimeraPro

Mac Program Folders

(delete folders and manually create to fix permissions issues)

Macintosh HD - Users- Shared - PTCreate - primerapro

Generate Logs

Place a file named "DoScalLog.txt" like the one attached below on the Desktop. Now start the program, and it will ask to create a "ScalLog.txt" file on your Desktop. (Works on Mac and PC)

Reset to Default Settings

Place a file named "DoScalReset.txt" like the one attached below on the Desktop. Then start the program and it should ask to reset settings to default.  You may also hold down the "D" key while you start up the program. (Works on Mac and PC)

Manual Activation Process

Open the PTCreate Pro software and follow the activation prompt to view the window shown below.

1. Check Activate manually.

2. Go to this website to retrieve your Manual activation code:  Link: https://craftedge.com/activation/primera/activate.php

3. Enter the License Code your received with your purchase and the activation code displayed in the software in the form on the website.

4. Click Generate Manual Activation Code.

5. Enter the Manual Activation Code in the software.
