Primera Printer Prints successfully but PrintHub shows the printer offline. (Eddie, LX600, LX610, LX910, LX3000)


This issue typically occurs after a Windows update.  Here are the instructions to fix it. 

1.  Power off the printer using the switch at the back.  Close Print Hub.

2.  Go to Printers and Scanners in Windows Settings.  (Use the Windows Search box to find it.)

3.  Remove the Printer by clicking the "Remove device" button. 


4.  Power the printer back on.

5.  Wait a few seconds for the printer icon to be added in Printers and Scanners.  Restart Print Hub.
