My printer is making a shaky, grinding, juddering, squeaking sound while printing. How to add tension or replace the belt tensioner? (Eddie, LX600, LX610, LX910, LX3000)

You may need to loosen the screws on your carrier belt bracket to add tension. Loosening the screws allows the spring to push the belt to the left and add tension.  Watch the video below for instructions.

If you find the the belt tensioner is broken you can purchase a replacement and watch the second video bellow for instructions on how to replace it.  



1. First Try to add tension to the belt by following the instructions in the video.


2. Second, if you find that the belt tensioner is broken you can purchase a replacement here and follow the instructions below to replace it.
