LX900 prints the first image with perfect quality but as it prints more it starts to fade.

LX900 prints the first image with perfect quality but as it prints more it starts to fade.

Solution: New gaskets or a new print head will fix the print quality. It is also possible one of the existing gaskets is out of place.

Instructions:

1. Open the printer cover


2. Remove print head & ink

3. Below the print head there should be circular rubber gaskets.


4). Check if gaskets are damaged or missing.

5). If gaskets are damaged you can purchase a new  Pigment Print head  or Dye Print Head. Another option is to purchase a Large Gasket for the black cartridge slot or a Small Gasket for the color cartridge slots.
