LX2000/1000 prints but the PTStatus (status monitor) says offline

LX2000/1000 prints but the PTStatus (status monitor) says offline

1. Ensure the SWFWClient.exe file is located in the installation folder. C:\Program Files\Primera Technology\Primera Color Label 2000\Bin
   
2. Make sure SWFWClient64 client is running.
   
3. Ensure Windows Firewall or other firewalls are not blocking this program from being installed. 
   
4. If you manually copy this file from this location to the location above, you may be prompted by your firewall to allow the file to be installed.  Once copied, double-click the file to run it.  You will not see any user interface as this file runs in the background and is normally automatically started by PTStatus.
   
1. Download SWFWClient.exe
5. This exe program is the bridge between the status monitor and the printer. It copies XML files to C:\Users\<currentuser>\AppData\Local\Temp  If it is working properly, you will see status xml files constantly updating to this temp folder location.
