Image is not printing, not appearing in preview, and is blank on the artboard in PTCreate. (LX610)

Perform a factory reset of the software.

Place a file named "DoScalReset.txt" like the one attached below on the Desktop. Then start the program and it should ask to reset settings to default.  You may also hold down the "D" key while you start up the program. (Works on Mac and PC)
