PTPublisher for Mac: How to calibrate printer and drive picking depth positions for a Disc Publisher. Fix Error: Multiple discs were placed in the printer or drive tray
1. Open Ptpublisher.
2. Once open at the top next to the apple logo select Ptpublisher then select Calibrate robot...
3. Click Calibrate Disc in Printer if you are getting an error that multiple discs were placed in the printer tray but only one was placed there.
4. Place disc in printer then Click "OK".
5. The printer tray will then be calibrated.
Note: You can also perform calibrations for the Top and Bottom drives if you are getting multiple disc placed errors in either of those locations.
