How many labels can I print with one LX800 cartridge?
The number of labels you can print depends on a few different factors:
- Size of image
- Driver quality setting
- Cartridge settings
Since this information can change from label to label, it is impossible to give an exact number. Fortunately, the printer driver tells you how many labels can be printed based on the last image which was printed.
Open the printer driver settings by clicking on Start - Printers and Faxes - Right Click on "Color Label Printer" - Choose Printer Preferences - Choose Cartridge Maintenance and Ink Levels. The driver tells you how may labels can be printed with the current cartridge. To figure out how many total labels can be printed with one full cartridge divide the number of prints by the remaining percentage. (Example from above: 628 / .77 = 815 total labels with the color cartridge) This is a conservative estimate that represents the number of labels that can be printed before the driver warns you of low ink at the 10% level. Potentially, you could get 10% or more ink from the cartridge.
