How do I reset the label counter on my Primera AP550 Flat Label Applicator

By default, the label counter will continue to count every label applied even after you power off the machine.

To reset the counter,

1. Power off the AP550.

2. While holding the Recall/Reset button, switch on power.

3. Hold the button until you see "0" on the display. (Before the zero appears, you will see -30 which is the firmware version.)
