To receive your Product Key Code and activate BarTender Professional, follow the steps below:
1. Look for an email from Seagull Scientific (BarTender) with a Redemption Code and Support Number.
2. Go to the Customer Portal to create or log in to your BarTender account to provide the Redemption Code:
3. Activate your software. If you just downloaded BarTender and opened it for the first time, you will immediately be prompted to enter your Product Key Code. If you had previously downloaded and used the Primera Ultralite Edition, you will need to upgrade by opening the BarTender Licensing Wizard. Go to Help - BarTender Licensing Wizard.
