You may need to follow this procedure in one of the following scenarios:
Your labels were made on the wrong size core. Different Primera printers require different core sizes. The two sizes available are 3" cores and 2" cores.
Your labels have a black mark that was printed on the wrong side of the liner.
Your custom shape orientation was created on the wrong side.
