How do I gather log files (support report) for Primera Products?

For PC

To gather log files perform the procedure below while the error message is visible in PrintHub.  Also, for best results, run Print Hub as Administrator.

Search for "PrintHub" in the Windows Search bar.  Now Right Click on the result and choose Run as Administrator.





For Mac

Open the Config Utility for your printer.  This utility will automatically open after you print.  You may also open it manually by going to the Apple Icon - System Preferences - Printers and Scanners - [Select your printer] - Click the Options and Supplies Button - Click the Utility Tab - Click Open Printer Utility.

Once it is open, go to the Settings Tab and click Save Log Files. 


A report will be saved to a PrimeraReports folder on your desktop. ---> [PrinterName]_[Date]...000.zip
