How do I enable External Stock Feed Mode on the LX2000? End of Roll Error even though a full Roll is present.
The external stock feeding mode turns off the internal loop sensor so labels can be fed from an external rewinder.
Open the Status Monitor. Click the info "i" icon in the upper right corner. Click on the Printer Settings Tab. Set External Stock to "ON".
Be sure to turn this setting off again if you switch back to the internal roll arm; otherwise, the printer will display End of Roll Errors.
