How do I allow TeamViewer to work on my Mac?
To allow support to log in to your computer and help you with your issue, please follow these instructions.
2. Launch TeamViewer - Click Open when it asks "Are you sure you want to open it".
3. Go to Apple System Preferences.

4. Select Security and Privacy.
5. Go to the Privacy tab - Accessibility section - Click on the padlock. Check the box for TeamViewer.
6. Go to the Privacy tab - Screen Recording - Click on the padlock. Check the box for TeamViewer.
7. Provide the ID and Password displayed in the TeamViewer app to the support agent.
