How do I allow TeamViewer to work on my Mac?

To allow support to log in to your computer and help you with your issue, please follow these instructions.

1. Download Teamviewer.

2. Launch TeamViewer - Click Open when it asks "Are you sure you want to open it".


3. Go to Apple System Preferences.


4. Select Security and Privacy.


5. Go to the Privacy tab - Accessibility section - Click on the padlock. Check the box for TeamViewer.

Go to the Privacy tab - Screen Recording - Click on the padlock. Check the box for TeamViewer.

Provide the ID and Password displayed in the TeamViewer app to the support agent.
