Eddie does not print or the job disappears from the print queue (Mac). Printing from Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop on a Mac. (Eddie)

When printing from any application on Mac you must set your template and page size to match your cookie.  These are set in two separate areas in these programs.  The following are instructions on how to set up a page for printing in Silhouette Studio. 

1. Go to File - Print Page Setup.

2. Set Format for to Eddie (PTI Color Cookie). 

3. Choose your page size or create your own custom size using Manage Custom Sizes. 

4. Click OK. 

5. Set your template size to match.
