If you receive this error during the installation of your Eddie software, it means that the Cookie Pro software could not be installed.  Please follow the steps below to solve it.

1. Search for "uninstall" and click on "Add  or remove programs" or browse to Settings and find "Add or remove programs."

2. Search for "redistributable".  You will find two Microsoft Visual C++ installations.  Uninstall both of them.

3. When they are both removed, try the installer again to complete the Cookie Pro installation.
