*Note: Pulleys are press fit to the shaft. Pound them in place with a rubber mallet. Break the old pulley with a channel lock wrench to remove it. You may also be able to hold it in place with some super glue. Gluing it to the shaft can work just as well or better than press fitting. Clean both surfaces with isopropyl alcohol before gluing them together.
Note: Remove the side cover to access the Mainboard, power board and to connect the footswitch or label sensor. The cover is attached by 4 T-10 torx screws accessible from the inside of the application area (2 in front and 2 in back).
