Bravo/Bravo II/BravoPro will not print, there is a flashing ink cartridge (left) button and multiple "Disc Publisher command.." prints queued in the printer queue.
- This is most likely due to a corrupted printer driver. Delete and reinstall the driver.
- This could also be the result of a USB communication problem caused by an incompatible USB chipset either on the motherboard\onboard USB port, or on the USB 2.0 PCI card port that you have installed in your computer that the Disc Publisher is connected to via the USB cable. The robotics on the Disc Publisher have stalled out as a result of this USB communication problem. The jobs listed in the printer queue are actually robotic arm movement commands that are backed up in the printer queue because the USB port's chipset is not working correctly with the unit.
All robotics commands, burning data, and printer jobs are sent through the USB cable to Bravo. Robotics commands use the printer queue just like your label or print file that you send to be printed on your disc. It is imperative that your USB communication is solid, or you may have problems in any one (or all) of the three areas of communication - burning, printing, robotics.
- Make sure the printer is not paused. Go to Control Panel - Printers. Below the Disc Pulblisher driver it should say paused or ready. If it does not show this information, right click on the printer driver, one of the items on the list will be Pause or Resume printing. If it says Resume printing, your printer is paused, click Resume Printing.
