2. BarTender crashes randomly while the program is open and you are not interacting with it at the time please ensure your PC has sufficient specifications to run BarTender.

3. BarTender crashes while importing an image please try the following solutions:

1. Drag and Drop the image on your template -or- click the image import icon.  If you are doing it one way, try the other way instead. 
   
   
   
2. Change the format of the file you intend to import.  The screen capture below shows all supported formats.  However, flat files work best.   Eps, pdf, ai etc files are vector files that are much more difficult for BarTender to interpret. Convert your file to a PNG, JPG(JPEG) or TIFF file.
