AP380/PL400 Shipping Instructions

Power off the unit, wrap the roll bar, roll guides and roll drag arm in bubble wrap or paper. Include the power supply.  Secure it inside the box. Include a roll of your label stock and one of your containers for testing!  If you are using the original box you will need to remove the liner rewinder arm to fit it in the box.  The liner rewinder arm fits inside a slot at the bottom of the foam packaging insert.  Refer to these instructions to remove the liner rewinder arm and package the applicator in its original box.  The original box is preferred but if it is not available,  remove the liner rewinder arm anyway  and wrap it in bubble wrap to make sure it is not damaged in shipping.
