An error occurred while trying to deactivate (PTCreate - LX610)

If you are trying to deactivate the code on one computer to move it to another computer, you may receive this error if the initial code registration fails due to internet connection issues or if you manually activated it.  The software will still allow you to use the code in these cases but deactivation will not work because the code is already deactivated and ready to use.  To fix try to register the code on your new computer!
