This error may appear immediately or after "Calibrating" appears for some time on the front panel.
1. Replace any low or empty cartridges. Shut off the printer. Turn the printer back on. If this does not clear the error, move on to step 2.
2. Replace the ITU. It may be defective.
3. If the procedures in step 1 or step 2 have not resolved the issue, the printer may need repair. (The system board may be faulty.) Please contact Technical Support.
